RedSox will definetely go with a lefty starter today.
I think DR should at least put both MM and Belli in the starting lineup. Whoever Bostons starts will probably not go many innings and they have mostly righties in their pen anyway. No need to burn your pinch hitters for one or two at bats against their starter.
