I can't say how I got it but it wasn't the lake... haven't swam there in a couple months... although possibly I got wet while fishing?
More likely, I think, is our water... we have the worst water imaginable in my home town. And I'm very susceptible to swimmers ear... haven't had it in many years but over my lifetime I've lost count.
