We were in the waiting room... ughh... Its like being in the court system but the people are also sick. Wonderful. Anyway, we watch a lady come in. She is speaking Spanish and the intake nurse is asking for her name, address, insurance, etc... The woman starts speaking louder and with more urgency. Nonplussed, the intake nurse repeats her questions. This went on for about 20 minutes. All of us in the waiting room are now concerned because this woman is really crying and begging for help but she can't get the past the nurse's questioning. Finally, to everyone's surprise she gives birth on the floor. The nurse practically soils herself... should have worn her brown pants... Now the poor woman is finally getting some attention. They have a gurney out within 40 seconds and she is whisked away.
So we avoid the waiting room when possible.
I hope your head feels better. When I get sinus infections, it always effects my ears and it is painful and I am miserable for days... I'm not sure what swimmer's ear is but it sounds much worse, which would be horrible.
