The actor in the Predator get up was the same guy who played Big Foot in Harry & The Hendersons??? They say he was a really cool guy. He passed away several years back from AIDS / HIV from a transfusion gone wrong. ALSO...Jean Claud Van Damme was SUPPOSED to be the original Predator but could not take the extreme heat in the costume.
