got to do it again recently

Got home from surgery and a day later was experiencing worst abdominal pains I've ever had.
Went to the local ER where they did a scan and blood work to rule out an infection. There was no infection, but I was still bloated.
Dr. plopped a gallon of that bilge water down in my room told me to drink it in two hrs. Drank about 60 percent of it that night, but little if anything happened. Next morning Doc calls asks me how it went. I told him not much happened and he told me to finish the rest of it. That did the trick and for the next 5 hrs I was going between hospital bed (hooked an IV) and the bathroom.
It's the $hit$ getting old, but it beats the alternative.
