Booze in Movie Theaters?

May 24, 2017 10:51AM
This is common?

On a social media site I just saw that a local, (Fresno), movie complex will be selling booze soon. Surprised me... I had never given it much thought but I've never seen booze in a movie theater.

Then I read some 'comments' and apparently this is common.. like in Texas?

My son sent me a photo recently of my grandson's Rugby tournament... somewhere in England. He was holding a beer.. an ale. I asked about it - - "Sure, you can always get a beer at youth tournaments". Not 100% sure but I think around me being in possession of a beer at a youth sports event is a no-trial execution by being fed, while alive, to zoo animals.

Not that I don't 'get' that.... behavior is bad enough as it is. laughing smiley
