About 8 years ago a drummer we know in a local band told us he knew members of Cheap Trick. Didn't know if we should believe him or not, then he mentioned he'd asked the drummer to his bands next gig when Cheap Trick was in Dallas.
A few months later, our friend told us the drummer and bass player where coming that night.
They showed up, we were introduced and both guys looked at my wife and asked if she had really fell from a chair while cleaning a vent at work and broke her femur. She had, learned later Andy knows other drummers. He has a nice drum collection.
