Really? I haven't seen anything about risks.. But, you know underneath this cautious exterior I'm quite the risk taker..

Hey I'm with you, man - if its less than 70 degrees I at least have a hoodie on.. I'm a beach bum, ya know? So, cold weather and me do NOT get along... But, its only 3 minutes, which goes by quickly and the cold is a dry cold - whatever that means.. Its supposedly kind of like soaking in an ice bath, which I've never done because that just sounds miserable.. But, half my life I have ice on my neck, so I'm kinda sorta used to that..

Plus, like I said, the girls are cute.. Today I get an hour massage at 1:30 and then a cryotherapy treatment immediately afterward.. Today has the potential to be a good day..
