Think Isaac Bruce. NOT that I’m saying Jefferson is the next Bruce. Woods and Kupp are 2 excellent examples of those above top 2 WR qualities.

Sammy Watkins, who played that Cooks role before Cooks, ran a 4.46.

I'm not suggesting you disagree with this, just noting that Robert Woods has plenty of speed. You really see it on those runs.
