Based on my understanding, Brocker's resigning doesn't directly affect the Rams Comp picks but it will have an affect. Initially, Brockers signing with the Ravens was offset by our signing of Robinson thus leaving us with comp picks for loosing Fowler and Littleton. Assuming we still sign or have signed Robinson that will likely offset the least expensive of Fowler or Littleton. Thus Brocker's resigning with us has resulted in the Robinson signing negating one of those 2 comp picks we would have been in line for if Brocker's had completed signing with the Ravens. My$0.02.
