He would fill that SS/Nickelbacker role and upgrade us over Christian. As a rookie he would immediately make us better in that role, but he also has a really nice frame to grow into as he gets a shot at the WILB role down the line.
The guy is extremely physical when you look at him vs the typical SS types that go round 2. So if he's there I have to think the Rams look very hard at him.
They have two SS types in JJ and Rapp. Do you think they may be looking for more of a FS type now? I do think they'll be looking at a safety at some point.
