I've seen multiple posts pointing the finger at Snead for the salary cap situation we are in and the contracts and extensions some of our players have signed.
However, it's always been my understanding that Demoff signs the contracts.
We know Snead acts as face of the front office and is involved in player procurement.
We know Demoff loves his clever contracts with palindrome numbers and jersey related bonuses.
But ultimately, do we know who sets the value of the contract Demoff writes? Who negotiates with the agents? Who makes the offers?
