The Taylor Swift concerts are July 25 and 26.

I would lean toward their preseason games being at The Coliseum purely so the real stadium "unveiling" is week 1. More on that by March when preseason schedules are announced I assume.

If they really need a bit extra time they could always start the first 1 or even 2 weeks on the road. I'm sure they would tell the league that by early March as well.
