Look at that picture of Kurt, then look at the banner above. The Jersey style is, and is worn way different from the one Kurt is wearing. There is simply no room on the sleeves to have the correct effect. Don't get me wrong. I love the jersey that Kurt is wearing... it just won't work well, IMO.

A real shirt sleeve that's yellow like on the jersey Kurt is wearing would be cool. But if it's a little cap sleeve like the ones in the banner.. and it's yellow... that would look hokey to me.
