Peters works best in a zone scheme.
Ramsey is a top-shelf man-to-man CB.
Wade prefers man coverage.

Essentially, Ramsey is a scheme fit with the Rams, Peters was not. And if the article had considered this the grade would have been higher, perhaps raising that 'C' grade to a 'B'.
