Certainly Fowler is probably highly unlikely to be kept. But I think that he was less than 50/50 before these trades anyway. And if you're prioritizing free agents in 2020 the line starts behind Litteton and Zuerlein in my opinion.
The other thing about 2021 is to look at who comes off the books (or can) by then. Is Gurley still going to be a Ram in 2021? Personally I doubt it. Will Higbee and Havenstein be worth keeping then? Very much TBD. The cap is tiered and their ability to retain Kupp and Johnson in 2021 really isn't hurt in my opinion.
