I'd say is a solid pick at that number.
I'd worry about him same as I'd worry about Barron.
Guard blocking / washing him out if he comes up .
And covering anyone with above average acceleration beyond a 7-10 yard area.
Good thing is he will get all the perks of having Weddle as a mentor and seems to possess some good intangibles to get the most of his abilities.

I think we should be fine on D but Rapp probably won't bea major reason we do well.
I expect Fowler , Matthews Kiser , Ebukan and the rotating NT s to be bigger reasons along with Weddle if the D performs very well.
