To me Brockers and Peters are the easiest to resign. They both represent an opportunity to recapture cap space this year. You have to recapture cap space this year to sign Littleton or Blythe to an extension.
The cap space would be recaptured by converting some of the this years salary into signing bonus and which would be spread over the entire extension. Brockers is probably the easiest to do as it is expected that his new average salary will be less than the current deal. Now the Rams have to want to resign Brockers and he has to be amenable to a reasonable market priced deal.
