Peters and Brockers are unlikely. Peters because they will want to see better play than last year after some time in the system. And I doubt he will sign anything that isn't pretty high-dollar, something the Rams are unlikely to offer, at least until they see his play during the season.
Brockers because he would be expensive to extend and the Rams will want to see how the young DTs perform during the season.
I could see both of these guys possibly getting extended, just not during the offseason.
The Rams need to avoid their roster being top-heavy. Teams with the top 10 players taking up 60% or more of the cap averaged only 5.5. wins from 2011-2017. This will be tough with the current contracts and the upcoming Goff contract. So the Rams will need to get good play from some cheap youngsters.
Blythe is a possibility, IMHO. I know many are down on him for his play late in the season at G, but I think he would be a better C and will compete for the starting job. Even if not a starter, he is a decent backup that can play all three interior OL spots.
