i agree with your points about running the ball, but was the kc game high pressure? how about the MN game? chargers? seahawks? hes been great exept for these last 2 games and only 1 was "high pressure". again..basing generalizations on the most recent game is "dangerous".

Whether Chicago was taking away the run or not is irrelevant if Goff is playing poorly. If you run it consistently in a game like that Gurley will bust loose some, you will avoid turnovers, you will speed up the game, and ultimately it may open up something in the play action.
Just incredibly poor play calling in a game such as that. And Goff scares the sh*t out of me going forward in high pressure games. I'm just not sure about him when the rubber meets the road.
