Inquiring minds want to know????
Agreed. Not sure if Carson Palmer would even want to un-retire but he would be my choice too although his playoff record isn't very good is it? Seems to "fold" in big games IMO.
As for Foles, I think they got very lucky with him. He played better than he has in years! I would imagine even the Eagles were surprised how well he did. If he is their starter this year, I think we see a different QB with much different results.
And in regards to needing a "Vet" as a backup...our starter isn't even a "Vet" yet so I see no reason Mannion could not do OK since he already knows the system better than anyone new who they could bring in.
Anyway, if we (or any team) loses the starting QB, the season is most likely over. The Eagles were the "exception" not the "rule" IMO. Let's just hope Goff stays healthy. Maybe a VET backup LT would be better than a VET QB. If Whitworth goes down, we might be in trouble too. We need to keep JG clean and protected!
#HelmetHornsMatter
“Well, the color is good, I like the metallic blue,” Youngblood recently said while laughing, via NFL Journal. “The horn is terrible. It looks like a ‘C.’ When I first saw it on the logo I honestly thought it was a Charger logo.
“Now when I see it on the helmet, it just isn’t a ram horn. There is no distinct curl like a mature ram horn. I don’t know how the Rams could get that wrong. That is your symbol and it has been for what? Seventy years or more? Longer than I have been alive? It’s just not us, it’s not the Rams.”---Mr. Ram Jack Youngblood
