Do you use Tavon Austin as a "chip" to trade up?

Here are mine..........
Rams trade up for a player that has fallen and has been on their "BIG BOARD"....Use Tavon and picks to get him.....Either OLINE or EDGE DE/OLB. IMHO, those are the 2 positions we target to move up. We see a player that "WE WANT" and go get him, maybe late RD2 or early RD3.
Then, it's go get depth on OLINE and LB.......Maybe hit a HR with a sleeper pick late....But, we won't keep all those late picks, we will use them to wheel and deal to move around on days 2 and 3 of the draft.
Let's hear some ideas............It's 1 week away.
