This would be my target if the price is reasonable:

One of the biggest X-factors in this free agency class, Eifert is among the best tight ends in football when healthy. But he's played a total of 24 games in the last four years, including 10 over the last two seasons because of persistent back issues.
Think I would pass on him due to his back issues. 10 games over the last 2 seasons says it all to me. IMO, he just could be counted on. If you get him, you better have other options on your roster.
And why would anyone bother at all given those conditions?
