Oh, I agree. To me the combine is mainly about medicals and interviews above anything else. That's what can and should shift a guy up or down draft boards significantly. Not if his 40 time was .06 seconds slower than another guy. And yes, for an OL the bench press does matter (vs. a QB, RB, WR, DB, etc. where it doesn't).
I was just commenting on people saying "back in my day I was putting up 225 with ease..." and that wasn't his issue.
