I believe their swoon down the stretch was largely due to loss of those key personnel. Losing Kam is enormous. But him plus their top CB is just brutal, not to mention Wagner being injured during that beat down the Rams gave them.
So I don't like to underestimate them. But I do agree they have a lot of concerns, and I do think that Carroll is a great HC who builds a great fundamentals team. As long as he's up there I would never write them off.
