The guy has a very special movement set. The way he uses his upper and lower body in tandem is rare, and I can honestly say the guys blocking him always look like they are fighting to keep their balance ... more uncomfortable than most players Ive seen. Like they don't ever feel like they have a hold of him.
Like carrying a heavy box that's slightly too wide for your arms? It always feels like it's falling. If he made 23 I'd draft him in a heartbeat I think.
