I've noticed that he's late on many of his passes. He should work on anticipating where the receiver will be and throwing to a spot more often. He often waits until the receiver is open before throwing. Goff does possess above average arm strength, but he should watch film of Drew Brees. Brees has average arm strength, but he's really good at timing patterns.
