Sam is really raw and going to Cleveland is the worst possible team. But staying at USC isn't the answer.
He wasn't going to get better with the lousy coaching he is getting there. He actually played worse this year.
But he will go number one if Cleveland takes a QB. Too bad he couldn't get to a team that can develop him.
Guess his people convinced him he would be going #1 since the GM said they were not taking Rosen.
