HC needs to be detail oriented

Fassel has done some great things as special teams coach, but his failure to reduce penalties (on every other return and more than once on opposing FG attempts) indicates that he doesn't get it when it comes to details. On the basis of how the Rams let the clock bleed away when they had the ball with about 3:00 to go, it seems that McVay also has a thing or two to learn about details.
