The flight is about 11 hours. So they leave here at 8am, or so... arrive just in time to go to bed, no matter what time it is in London. They get up at 6 or 7am Pacific time, no matter what time it is in London. My point: No need to change their sleep cycle. The game isn't scheduled for an early AM Pacific time slot... 12midnight pacific or 4am Pacific. It's set for 10am Pacific.
All that obviously ignores the 'travel' itself, which I think is what you mean. I don't know... how tiring is sitting on a plane? It's the 'sleep cycle' I have to adjust too... never really noticed being tired simply because of the flight... a little stiff perhaps. - JamesJM
