Put it this way.......This team needed a leader..........They got one in McVay.

McVay and his staff lit the fire and this team has responded.

Better coached, better prepared, no dumb penalties, actually have a game plan......I can go on and on.

IMHO....The Rams are good, but they are going to get better...........That's a good feeling to have.
