Tavon is a goner. I said last year that this would be his last season as a Ram. McVay is phasing him out already. The Rams will need to add a legit backup RB who can catch the ball next year. You can get them in the 5th round.
Quinn has 3 problems. He's not a fit for Wade, he's physically damaged, he's stupid. He's a goner.
On Watkins, the jury is still out. The Rams made that trade as a long range move. He will get every opportunity to show that he's not a big disappointment. If the Rams extended a guy like Ogletree, you can bet they will make every excuse to extend Watkins.
Barron is a nice player who doesn't fit Wade's system. He's likely gone.
The big question mark in my mind is TruJ. I think he really wants to stay, especially with the team turning the corner. Will he take a discount to stay? Will the Rams retain him in that event? The guy stepped up as a leader of the secondary and he will be difficult to replace.
