Goff is only starting to emerge and has a long way to go. Doesn't always see all of his receivers and didn't finish seven drives last week.

Defense lost the game, and then had to win it back.

Fumbles, scrambles the week before. Penalties and drive killing mistakes.

And still showing the stats that they are for those who love them.

McVay still has a long way to go with this group. Much to clean up. Discipline to instill.

It gives me goosebumps.

I can't believe that every week, something I looked at the week before seems to get fixed. And if not "fixed", you can see the attention paid and that players are trying to fix it. You can see the progress. The coaching, yes, but also the players buying in and working on what they've been instructed to do.

I think our future is bright. Very bright.
