23-year-old Jackson for Gurley in a lot less time than a heartbeat.
More so, because what I saw in those first 4 games from Gurley before he got FIshered was something I didn't see from Jackson. A combination of it all. Power, balance, elusiveness, and surprisingly, better at picking up that 1 yard on 3rd and 1 or at the goaline.
Jackson was unique in that he was a big back that could move and once he got it all going he could deliver some blows. Surprisingly, I felt Jackson was best on screen passes that were set up where he got some time to get that big body going and deliver the hits.
I say there is a chance that Jackson has a better career based on the blow Fisher had on Gurley (Don't know if he will recover) but give me a fresh start for both of them, Gurley to me wins and I don't think it is very close.
