I think him missing all of the offseason, OTAs and camp last year definitely hurt his development. This time last year he was still 2+ months away from seeing the field. If I recall correctly he came back a few days before the final preseason game? Had to hurt him going into year 2. Not sure if that injury was still lingering during the season. I don't think a guy that was an All-Rookie player the year before forgot how to play though.
He was injured during the season. I don't know what the injury was over the summer but one that showed up during the season was an ankle. There was talk of him basically playing on one leg.
