Woods may be better than Britt, but so far he has delivered very little and his results are average at best.
Now, if he wasn't playing that many snaps I would think there be a little better case with opportunity.
For example, Kevin Curtis tore it up when he played in place of an injured Bruce or Holt and when you saw what he did over those games, you could predict, pretty well that he be a 1000 yard receiver if he were a starter which he was until he got cancer.
But Woods gets to play and seldom delivers. Now Buffalo is a bad offense - but he is going to the Rams that was historically bad (even worse) although I tend to believe that one of the worst offense in NFL history (Rams) was more because of coaching versus the players.
I think Woods is a little bit of a reach, but I see the logic. Go get a player that may be underachieving because he is in a horrific offensive environment.
