Better offensive coaching and better left tackle give Rams a chance to be better.
To me, the 2 biggest issues have been addressed.
Having a play making WR, is also very important.
One of the problems, however, is the regression of the defense these past 2 seasons because of Quinn's health and the salary cap issues with the CB's. Losing Jenkins and possibly Johnson this year.
I believe the Rams offense will be significantly improved, however, and it changes everything, when you move the ball some and give the team some hope and energy.
I don't know if playoffs will happen. Much of that depends on Goff's development, but at least Goff now has a chance to develop!
