hopefully they can get a 2nd for Tru and draft a corner and draft a WR in the 2nd round.
I think they are going WR or athletic receiving TE in rounds 2 or 3. Value will dictate if its the 2nd or 3rd. If they don't trade Tru, maybe they could still land a top CB in round 2 #37 and hope a WR like Kupp to fall to them in round 3 #69. That would be ideal.
I think the TE is a must. Just not sure Kupp fits their weapon needs anywhere near as much if there is optimism with those two
Spruce is already a health concern and never played in an NFL regular season game. I didn't see enough from Cooper to warrant any real excitement. Maybe they could develop him.
Now I`m not saying to draft Kupp in round 2 at #37, but if he is still on the board in round 3 at #69 an the Rams went non WR/TE in round 2, I hand in that card all day. I am doubting he is still there at #69.
I didn't watch a ton of the Rams so I appreciate the insight. I wasn't a big fan of either last year anyway
I don't blame you!
Do you have a 3rd round TE target (one that may be available at #69) that you would take ahead of Kupp at #69 in round 3? Providing the Rams went defense in round 2 and there are no more FA WR/TE signings.
