Our old ship yard region by the stadium and downtown. He has been really pushing it but the city has been dragging it's feet. LOT'S of legal / contamination issues going on.......and $$$ of course. IMO, if the city REALLY starts working with Kahn on this project and showing that it wants to be PROgressive, I'd be he'd be more willing to put a LOT more of HIS cash into a new or revised stadium. But if not?? It will be up to Jacksonville to talk him out of St Louis. YES, St Louis! THAT is where he originally wanted to own. And St Louis has already shown they can do a new stadium. There are some VERY VERY fine football fans here in Jacksonville but I have little faith in this city being progressive at all. In fact, it has REGRESSED. Most of the city is ghetto and trash with violent crime soaring.
