From what I read , These changes now , helmet and pants , are phase 1 , of their two phase uniform change
They said phase 1 is now complete , and phase 2 will be in 2019
Which leads me to believe , that the blue and white pants and helmet are here to stay , with only the jersey it self changing as their phase 2 in 2019
I could be wrong , but they way it's been worded , blue and white is here to stay
