That seems a bit harsh. I think most people saw him as a solid position coach. For the most part of his career I think that holds pretty true.
Now if popular opinion is calling him a great coach, then yes, VASTLY overrated.
Made a lot of chicken salad in my opinion.
Not sure what happened in 2016 but everyone was worse with the exception of the special teams.
