It seems every other word out of his mouth is about teaching. I never really noticed it so much (if at all) from coach Boo. Not saying he did not try to teach, as I as all just don't know. I do know that football is always about teaching. You are taught in HS, you are taught the college game from HS, and you still need to be taught from the college level into the Pros.
IMO (can't prove it, just an opinion) that Coach Boo more just used the players abilities out of college and rolled that into the pro game. At any rate Coach Kromer is IMO really emphasizing the role of teacher in his plan. IMO this entire line came into the league with a much needed dose of that and did not get it.
If he gets his teaching across IMO it will be as much if not more of a big play for the RAMS as getting Wade to run the D or getting all the help for Goff.
At any rate I'm all in on Aaron Kromer and I have a feeling the players will REALLY appreciate him to the point of actually performing for him......and what he has done across O-lines has been done in the VERY recent past....you don't have to look X amount of years in the past to see what Coach Boo accomplished.
Ditto, Roman.
In fact, color me impressed with pretty much the entire new coaching staff.
Wouldn't surprise me one bit to see several of our struggling OL take a giant step forward under Kromer's directions.
