I did and if anything, I think he should have stuck consistently with the play action offense instead of letting his coordinators experiment with things that did NOT fit the personnel.Instead he let Schott talk him into running that undermanned spread in 2013. He let Boras change the offensive system in 2016, in spite of him being a first-time coordinator doing that for the first time during a move. On defense, he let Wms run those 3-man fronts for a few games early in 2014, which was also a mistake. Fisher aside, the guys the Rams had over the last few years who were system first and didn't pay attention to who and what they had were Linehan and then McDaniels.
