Yelling and screaming all the time is not coaching.........Plus, people tune you out before to long.
To me, this guy McVay is the perfect fit for us. This team needed a leader with a vision. Also, a guy who can adjust when things are not working.
So far, so good Ram Fans..........."The Kid" is going to be the best thing that happened to this Franchise in a long, long time. I can just feel it.
