maybe the material of the college ball was tackier easier to grip while the NFL ball is more slippery. Tom Brady might have smaller hands like Goff since he needed to deflate the NFL ball a bit to get a better grip on the ball. Maybe those small hands that Goff has is playing a part in those wobbly passes. Russell Wilson has huge hands and most of his throws are tight spirals.
