Obviously Haley knows offensive football, there is no denying that.
But his personality scares me, I'm not sure that he's a good leader
He use to have a very fiery personality and rubbed people the wrong way. I understand there was a total meltdown in KC during the brief time he was the HC.
I've witnessed myself him getting into it with players on the sidelines during games.
Here appears to have a powder keg type personality so I don't know if he would be a good hire.

He had head-strong battles with both but both LOVED him afterwards...Ben was a HUGE Arians guy and he and Haley really butted heads but have long since entered the same page of thinking as Haley who I think is a very bright offensive mind.
Has he learned enough since his first HC job? Who knows, but I would not be opposed if he gets the Rams gig, in fact I'd be pumped.
