I agree that the Rams have messed him up this year as well as being a 1st year player. Bad OL, terrible OC, average at beast WR and who knows what he's being taught by Weinke etc....
Except I saw a clip the other day that reminded me of something I notice in the pre draft videos I watched. Goff sometimes seems to negate his height at times by really leaning into throws almost squatting down along with his arm delivery being not totally over the top. The balls knocked down at the Line of Scrimmage the balls sailing over WR heads, then the lame ducks.
In the same clip there was big Joe Flacco who has a few inches on Goff, but he was standing tall and a over the top release at the high point, ball over the OL and down all the way to the WR.
I think/hope Goff will be a good one, but its really important not to do what we did with Bradford and change OC on him too often too early. Lets find a good one and settle him down for the long haul.
