good coaches build teams........Fisher has neglected the offense tremendously.
He then trys to build it all at once, e.g., O line, but he doesn't know how to judge talent


He neglected QB too......the first QB who I won't name, was not a legit starter, then he trys to bring in a bunch of garbage.....
looks like he finally has a good one, but Goff will take a few years to develop and Fisher will be long gone by then
