He is very good at what he does and knows his limitations.

Jeff Fisher's hiring was ALL on Stan K, he sought him out and met with him again privately to tip the scales.

You guys know that so I'm confused as to why you would put some of the responsibility on Demoff.

Kevin Demoff is the only bright spot in this dismal franchise. .

It was supposing if Gruden does become head coach would it necessarily be an opening for someone like Allen who was the GM in Tampa when Grudenwas there and they were both let go about the same time. Meaning bye bye Les Snead.
