I saw Keenum in person through most of training camp at UC Irvine. I saw him play in the pre season and I saw him play in person against the Panthers last week. Case has a good head on his shoulders and he knows the game. He just has big limitations physically and he cannot make all the throws.
His arm is not NFL caliber.
He has the mind and knows the game and will probably make a great OC or even HC someday but he's not the answer at QB.
